Payment

Your choice of payments can be made directly with a credit card in US dollars.  Please contact us if you would prefer to mail us a money order or check.

Shipping

Each item will be carefully packaged and shipped out within 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving payment, by first-class, parcel post or priority mail depending on weight of your order. Custom orders can take up to 10 business days, but are often shipped out sooner.

Please note that sending packages outside the United States using regular USPS shipping may take 2 to 4 weeks (or longer) depending on where it is shipped. Please take that into consideration when ordering. We can assure faster shipment if you prefer, the fees will be paid by customer. Also please note that we are not able to track packages outside of the United States. We strongly recommend your order be insured if over $50.00 USD.

Packaging

Currently, most of our packaging is non-plastic. For international orders, we may use bubble envelope for better protection on your items. If you have specific packaging needs due to size of mailbox, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. As an eco friendly company we may use recycled packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since each item we make are handmade, refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis.  If there is a problem with your order, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation and ensure that you are satisfied.  Request for return of merchandise must be made within 3 days after receipt of merchandise.  We accept exchanges. Items are to be returned in original new condition as was sold in the same packaging. Please note: Shipping costs to return items and receive exchange(s) back are the responsibility of the customer. Buyer must email to receive return authorization at info@naturallinensboutique.com

All of our items are created and sewn individually by hand. Although we try to perfect items to be identical in more than one quantity, please expect that there may be some slight differences.

Custom Orders: Please feel free to contact us if you would like something made in a different fabric and/or in a different quantity. Don’t see what you are looking for, contact us, we have been blessed working with our custom order customers.
